The My Favorite Muffin bakery cafe concept was developed to delight

Muffin branded gourmet muffins; freshly baked Big Apple Bagels brand
bagels, a selection of delicious sandwiches and salads, and serve our

This café concept gives you the strength of three brands, Big Apple
Bagels®, My Favorite Muffin® and Brewster's® coffee.
The concept is based on our incredibly unique cake-like muffins. They
are prepared with soybean oil, rather than butter or margarine, which
produces a gourmet muffin that is low in cholesterol and high in taste.
There are hundreds of different recipe options to wow your customer and
keep them coming back for more. Our menu offers a broad range of
breakfast and lunch options to round out our menu and keep our customers
coming back all day long. Whether it’s our California Triple Decker
Club sandwich on toasted wheat bread, a Calypso Salad, or our Breakfast
BLT on a freshly baked bagel, there is something for everyone. The My
Favorite Muffin lunch menu has two options to meet your specific site
needs. The menu can include a few sandwiches and salads or feature the
full BABS’ Big Apple Bagels DELI menu.
Beyond the traditional bakery café, My Favorite Muffin also has a
substantial muffin gift basket program that allows our franchisee to
expand beyond dining room sales to consumers and businesses alike. As
another example of its multiple identities, the restaurant is not only a
retail destination, but a great catering business and it is also a 
wholesale distributorship from which your baked-from-scratch bagels and
muffins can be sold in bulk to corporate clients, restaurants,

options in furnishing prospective franchisees its Franchise Disclosure
Document:
- via hard (paper) copy, in a personal meeting with the Franchisor.
- via hard (paper) copy, mailed to the prospective franchisee.*
* In order to receive a mailed copy, the prospective franchisee must
meet the following criteria.
- Has completed and submitted BAB’s Franchise Application
- Has satisfactorily passed credit check
- Has a net worth of at least $300,000
- Has liquid assets of at least $75,000
- Has appropriate business experience
